Your 24-pack rate is £1.35 a can and your 36-pack rate is £1.20. Today both need twelve of one flavour twice over. Pick whatever you like below and the rate follows you.
Concept for PerfectTed by Kitenzo. Every product, price and image is live PerfectTed data captured 26 August 2026. Nothing here is a real order.
Twelve cans a pack. The more packs you take the less each can costs, and it no longer matters whether they match. Energy cans and lattes keep their own separate ladders, exactly as they do today.
Add a pack of anything to start. Any mix counts.
Pouches, pods and kit. Take two and every one of them drops 10%, three and it is 20%, four or more and it is 25%. Build the kit you actually want rather than the six pairings that happen to exist.
Add two items and the discount starts. Any mix counts.
One box, one delivery, one line in the cart. Every price below is a rate PerfectTed already publishes, just applied to what you actually picked.
PerfectTed already sells the ladder. The variant names say so: "12-Pack (£1.50 per Can)", "24-Pack (£1.35 per Can)", "36-Pack (£1.20 per Can)". The catch is that every rung needs one flavour. Wanting two is what costs money.

Fair question, and the honest answer matters more than a good-looking table. Rebuild each of the four matcha kits item for item and the builder lands under every one of them, so nobody has to be talked out of the kit they came for.

Four places where a hand-priced promo still beats this ladder, and they should stay promos: the Dragons' Den bundle (£29.99 for 24 cans, but only in apple raspberry and juicy peach), the matcha Nespresso pods bundle (£11.99 against £17.97 of pods, 33% off), the 3x same-flavour pouch multipack (£23.99, 24% off, on two SKUs only) and the matcha latte bundle (£50.00 for 24 cans, 40p under your own 24-Pack rate, carrying a £39.98 compare-at that sits below its own selling price). A builder is for the general case. Loss-leaders are still loss-leaders, and a hero SKU with its own story should keep its own price.
Because the ladder is locked to a single flavour, every desirable combination has to exist as its own Shopify product. Here is the matcha kit range: six flavour pairings across four tool tiers, twenty-four SKUs, each one priced, photographed, described and stock-managed by hand.
Every row carries the same four prices. The flavour pairing is the only thing that changes between them, and expressing it costs twenty-four products.
And that is only the kits. The rest of the fixed-bundle catalogue:
fixed bundle products in the live catalogue on 26 August 2026, each covering exactly one combination.
bundle configuration replaces them. Add a flavour and it is available in every combination on day one, not after twenty-four new SKUs.
hand-typed prices. The rung rates live in one place, so a compare-at can never drift below a selling price again.
To be clear about what this does and does not claim: the builder computes what those forty products are hand-priced to cover. It does not mean deleting them on Monday. Fixed bundles keep earning their place as paid-social and SEO landing pages, and any move has to account for Recharge selling plans, existing PDP traffic and historical reporting. The point is that new combinations stop costing a SKU.

Matcha is the energy upgrade that actually feels good. It gives you a steady lift without the sharp spike, so you can stay switched on without feeling wired. Plus, because it's made from finely ground green tea leaves, you're getting the good stuff in every sip, not just a quick hit. Smooth, creamy, and seriously easy to make at home. That's why we're obsessed.
