PerfectTed sell four matcha kits. Every one of them is two pouches plus a tool, and every one exists six times over so the flavour pairing can be printed on the box. Built here from the same single products, each of them lands under its own price. Nobody has to be talked out of the kit they came for.

Where a hand-priced promo still beats this ladder. Three of their offers come in under it, and they should stay exactly as they are. Only one of the three is actually cut deeper than the best rung here: the three-flavour pods bundle, at 33% off its own parts. The other two win on the rung the selection earns rather than on depth, 24% off against a 20% rung, and 17% off against a 10% rung. One thing to flag before the call. The strike-through prices on those kits are set against a stale price list: £9.99 a pouch, £4.99 a scoop and £12.99 an electric whisk, against live prices of £10.50, £5.00 and £13.00. Twenty-four products is also twenty-four places a price change has to be repeated by hand. A builder prices itself off the live products, so it cannot go stale.
