Concept mock for PerfectTed, by Kitenzo

one box. one button.

The set you already sell, with a week of matcha to take with you, as a single bundle. Every product in it is required, so there is nothing to pick, nothing to count and nothing to work out. Add to cart is the only control on the page.

the green matcha set, and matcha for the week

Their five piece ceremonial set in the green colourway, plus a box of single serve matcha so the ritual survives a Tuesday morning at a desk.

what is actually in it

PerfectTed describe the set as "our original ceremonial grade matcha powder, a bamboo whisk (chasen), a bamboo scoop (chashaku), a ceramic whisk holder (chasen naoshi) and matcha bowl (chawan)". Those are their photographs of those pieces. The sachets are the sixth thing in the box and the only part this bundle adds.

Six things, one line in the cart, one price.

Both products are marked required, so they are in the bundle before the page finishes loading. There is no stepper to nudge, no remove control and no minimum to satisfy, which is why Add to cart is live the moment you arrive rather than after you have earned it.

what lands in the cart

One line, carrying the bundle's own name and the bundle's own price. Below is how it reads with itemised contents switched on, which is a merchant setting: the pieces show as line item properties on that one line so the shopper can see what they bought. Switch it off and the line is simply the bundle.

the price, and where it comes from

Two products, both already on their site at these prices, captured 26 August 2026. The bundle is set at what PerfectTed already charge for the set on its own, so the sachets ride along at no extra cost.

Their prices from the live catalogue. The bundle price is ours, and it is the only number on this page that PerfectTed have not already published.

    what this replaces

The URL for the green matcha set is a product page doing a job product pages are not built for. On a product template, PerfectTed have hand built a three step bundle builder, and it is doing a great deal of work for one box.

    1choose your set

Five colour products at one price, laid out as five separate add to cart cards. A colour is a variant, not a product.

    2add your one free pouch

Five pouches at £0.00, and a rule somewhere that stops you taking two.

3add up to 3 pouches to save 20% & get free gifts

A second, different ladder stacked on the first.

their eight rung reward strip, as it reads today

and the same kit, filed seven times

    A bundle is one record.

One bundle, two required products, one price, one button. The colour becomes a variant on the required product rather than five products in a row, and the reward ladder becomes a thing you switch on when you want it, on the pages where building a basket is the point. Those are concepts A and B.
